OOVA was designed in partnership with Mount Sinai hospital to build a fertility tool that doctors can trust. With the use of OOVAs test strips, we accurately measure two key fertility hormones - luteinizing hormone and progesterone - to truly understand what is happening in your fertility. Not only do we tell you when your most fertility window is, but we also confirm that an egg was released that cycle. OOVA embraces each womans individuality to learn her hormone trends. We dont compare your data to some standard threshold or the perfect cycle. We learn what your normal is to inform on key moments in your cycle such as your most fertile days, when your period is expected, and whether you released an egg or not. Our algorithm tells you exactly which days to test. No need to waste test strips hoping its the right day!

Customize data logging to track whats most relevant to you. You can choose from a variety of categories including moods, exercise, cervical mucus, sex, and medications. All of this information (along with your hormone levels) is fed into our machine learning algorithm to get smarter about your fertility.

Daily and end of cycle reports

Each day receive a fertility status to know exactly where you are in your cycle and a personalized daily action plan tailored for you. Daily action plans contain suggestions for nutritional health, physical health, and emotional wellness. At the end of a cycle, receive an end of cycle report that showcases your hormone trends and details about the phases of your past menstrual cycle. This report can be shared with your doctor.

How it works

Register in the app and activate your OOVA kit. On a testing day, provide a urine sample on the test strip (either midstream or by dipping it into a cup), wait several minutes, and then scan the strip with the camera on your iPhone. Our algorithm will analyze your strip to calculate how much luteinizing hormone and progesterone is present. Within seconds, youll know exactly where you are in your menstrual cycle and be provided with a daily action plan to help guide your journey.
