OE Backup

This backup utility for Outlook Express backs up e-mail messages, account settings, the address book, blocked lists, and rules. It produces a single self-extracting executable containing all data. The wizard interface makes it easy to use. The backup data can be executed on the same machine or onto a different one if one is transferring data to a new PC.
