Nimble is the simply insightful relationship manager created to help professionals build better relationships in a noisy, multi-channel world. Nimble provides a smart and easy way to track, engage and nurture contacts, providing context to conversations. The Nimble mission is to be the go-to place -- everywhere business professionals work -- to identify contacts that matter most to their business. We want to then enable these individuals and business teams to create strong, vibrant relationships that lead to measurable business results (ROI).
We do that by providing: insights -- the Nimble Daily email and the Today Page are your first stop in providing actionable insights on contacts. Nimble also recommends contacts based on shared interests, titles, and keywords. The program identifies people users share in common with their contacts.
Workflow -- Nimble lets you know how and when to follow up and follow through, efficiently. A Stay in Touch reminder system and Mark as Important feature join Recently Contacted, Recently Added, and Last Contacted sidebar choices and help keep outreach goals on schedule. Nimble offers advanced segmentation filters; to act on quick search results for setting reminders, messaging in bulk, and more. Productivity -- Putting the Nimble contacts widget into popular business worktools means users are free to operate from Gmail, Outlook, and HootSuite, with all the insights and contact information at their fingertips.
Makes sense of ALL your connections. Upload an email list and easily find out what social channels they are using to connect on those platforms as well.
Multiple tags: people don't always fall nicely in to neat piles, that's why I appreciate the tags, this allows me to find the people I want to find when I want to find them and also see what areas individuals fall into.
Messages at a glance: I have 5 different email addresses for different purposes, plus I like to track @mentions on Twitter and LinkedIn messages, I can easily sort and track.
The dashboards are clean and simple. Inputting contacts from social media networks and address books is easy and allows you to keep an overview of contacts you need to keep up with, as well as highly detailed notes about interactions with them individually. Within the platform users can track the value and timelines for sales or marketing deals, limiting the need for multiple programs.
Currently only 1 social media account can be added to a Nimble profile. (This appears to be on the radar according to support pages.)
It is a great platform for managing contacts, scheduling communications, and planning out deals. For all that it provides for a user, the platform is seamless and comfortable enough for novices and experts alike.
