Subscriptions are priced according to your region. The price will be shown before you confirm payment with your iTunes account. All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of the period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your iTunes account gets charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
