Napoleon Hill is the Father of Science of Success. He was the pioneer in establishing a genre for unprecedented "Personal Excellence".

He was born on October 26, 1883 and died on November 8, 1970, was an American author, his most famous work is "Think and Grow Rich", and is one of the bestsellers of all time.

Hill was born in poverty, in Wise County, Viriginia; Her mother died when she was 10 years old and her father remarried two years later. Her stepmother changed her life totally for good, is one of the blessings that Hill most thanks.

At the age of 13 he became a reporter for a local newspaper. I use his reporter earnings to enter Law School, but soon had to withdraw due to financial reasons.

The point that changed his career is considered to be in 1908 with his homework, as a part of series of articles about famous men, interviewing the industrialist Andrew Carnegie, who at that time was one of the richest men in history.

Hill discovered that Carnegie believed that the success process could be worked out in a simple formula that could be duplicated by the average person.

Impressed by Hill, Carnegie commissioned him (unpaid and only offered to provide him with reference letters) to interview about 500 successful men and women, many of them billionaires, to discover and publish this formula for success.
