Set up process:
Our app seamlessly allows users to create events, add sessions for each day of the conference, and also import a list of attendees.
Export your list of attendees (each with unique barcodes) right to your badge printing company.
At check in, hand out badges to conference attendees. Then, simply use the app to open your device's camera, check in and check out attendees from sessions they attend by scanning their barcode. It's that easy!
Produce reports that can be easily customized and sorted according to your event, sessions, and more.
Special features and user descriptions:
There are 3 types of users - Managers, Moderators, and Exhibitors.
Managers have full access to creating events, adding sessions, importing attendees, adding users, and will be able to freely scan all attendee badges at anytime.
Moderators will be granted limited access only to conference sessions that are assigned to their account. These users also have a strict scanning timer that only allows them to check in attendees 20 minutes before the session begins and check out attendees 20 minutes before the session ends.
Exhibitors have the ability to scan attendee barcodes throughout the conference in order to capture their information and take notes of their encounter through the app.
