Located in the heart of the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle, NW Fitness Project's small group training classes are a great way to change up your routine by giving you a full body workout and setting your metabolism on fire. We cap the roster at 8 people max (except Sundays when we go BIG) so you get just the right mix of personal attention and community support.
Classes as NW Fitness Project last 50 minutes and combine functional movements, HIIT, cardio, and strength training to deliver the most efficient workout and the best results.
Our experienced coaches offer 40+ small group classes per week. Each workout is a different format so don't be a afraid to come back a few times a week. If your preferred class is full, you can join the waitlist.
