The MyWVWD app is designed to allow our customers to stay up-to-date with the West Valley Water District. The mobile app is designed to assist you in connecting with the District, pay your water bill, report water service questions, and receive notifications regarding water delivery and maintenance updates.
You can also report maintenance and service issues, which will help improve the service delivery to our ratepayers. Simply take a photo and add a description of the issue, and click Submit. We will then automatically route your request to the appropriate department for resolution.
