We made some improvements to the workout flow to make it easier to compose new workouts and edit existing ones!
The 4.6 update contained:
+ Zones! See target zones on every set in our library - a color-coded way to indicate target effort level
+ Drill Mode on Apple Watch! Enter Drill Mode when you're kicking or doing a drill to pause distance recording. When you're done, exit drill mode and input how far you went - the distance will be added to your workout!
+ Custom rest times! Don't like waiting 60s between sets on your watchkwscnmrk Now, customize how much rest you want! You can find this in settings
- Dynamic Interval seed time will now correctly populate if you've entered one before
- Improved stability when entering super-long workouts (we're looking at you, Craig!)
- PDF layout improvements
- Other fixes and improvements
