Keep a detailed daily log of not only your cardio and strength workouts but also your health. The graph view displays numerous graphs (distance, duration, volume, intensity, training heart rate, body weight, etc.) about your performance and health, also for any period, that provide a clear picture of your workouts. Additionally, you can view some charts about your strength exercises and cardio intervals.
