My Dose Coach for Android

My Dose Coach is designed for adult patients who have type 2 diabetes and who have been prescribed and are taking a once-daily long-acting basal insulin by their healthcare provider. To use My Dose Coach, your healthcare provider must be registered in the program and send you a dose plan. You will then be able to use My Dose Coach as an aid to track your fasting blood glucose levels and adjust your long-acting basal insulin dose based on your healthcare provider's plan to help you work toward your target glucose level.

My Dose Coach is indicated for single patient use for adult patients with Type 2 diabetes who have been prescribed and are using a once-daily long acting (basal) insulin. My Dose Coach is a tool that calculates a dose change based on an individualized dose plan your healthcare provider has created. My Dose Coach is not intended to replace the healthcare professionals care or advice. Patients should talk with their healthcare team if they have questions about their treatment.
