MuseBook Wav2Midi converts monophonic (44.1 KHz, 16-bit mono) Wave files into MIDI files. It analyzes Wave files, detects pitch, onset, diminution, and timbre of sound, and produces a realistic MIDI file. MuseBook Wav2Midi converts files sequentially and saves them in a designated directory automatically. You can change the MIDI sound after conversion. Features include: multiple file conversions; wide range of pitch bandwidth (A0 ~ C8), 11-msec time resolution, realistic MIDI file generation by Smart Onset Detection and MIDI note division by three stages (using strong volume attack, volume change, timbre transition by consonant, and note change); and supported MIDI effects (pitch bend, volume expression and brightness).
