This is great for any type of interval training, and especially if you want to establish a rhythm or pace, e.g. dance, juggling, or any repetitive activity. This allows you to set up multiple interval timers for whatever timer duration, metronome speed, and metronome time signature you prefer. Optionally you can also disable the metronome all together by setting the beats per minute (BPM) to 0.
