This is a Singapore Bilingual Edition that requires a Moo-O School User account to work. The development of this edition is sponsored by Lee Kuan Yew Fund for Bilingualism. Moo-O, which is pronounced as Moo-OH, is an immersive digital storybook that is effective in drawing children out to read aloud naturally. It uses the camera on the iPad to immerse the readers in the story, turning them into story characters and into motivated learners, honing their speaking and reading skills. The videos that the children produce can then be shared easily with teachers and parents. There are 20 stories to choose from, each one is available in Chinese, Malay or Tamil, and with audio translation in English, to help children who are just starting to learn their MT language to better understand the text. These stories are suitable for children aged between 6 and 9 and their copyrights belong to Ministry of Education, Singapore. Moo-O is currently used in schools in countries such as Australia, China, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore and the United States.
