Milan is a Dual App fusion digitized product that allows the companies to designate a meeting room administrator to manage the meeting room allocation.
The administrator uses a dedicated admin app (Milan Control) to reserve, enhance the booking criteria whereas a dedicated Display Screen (Milan display) or an Android TV that is installed outside the meeting room area to display the information.

- A real-time view of times slots either scheduled, ongoing meetings or showing availability is exhibited on the screen with respect to the colour theme.
- Time, Day and Date are prominent on the screen as a ready reference for the visitors.
- Supports display terminals of numerous PADS, Smart TVs compatible with any display screen.
- It has a dynamic background which features the meeting title, number of participants and working hours.
