MailQuatro is offering a cloud-based email system for small businesses designed to be less costly than running a Microsoft Exchange server, but offering a more professional solution than the many free web-based email systems. Available now, the MailQuatro service includes features such as tabs that allow users to work on multiple messages at once, security filters to block spam and viruses, and an archive of up to 10 years of all emails sent and received by each user.
Because MailQuatro is web-based, customers do not need their own email server. Users can also access their account from anywhere on any computer with a browser and internet connection. An easy-to-use admin screen allows business owners to configure the service for employees. The service allows users to grant access to others, so that a secretary can access a manager's email account, or a generic company-wide email account can be set up for inquiries, with all employees given access.

An excellent alternative to Microsoft 365 & Hosted Exchange! Easy to setup & use with out the need for IT staff. Backup the data for 10 years, restore anything your want. Mail at your own domain then consolidate all your other accounts here. Custom signatures templates have been nicely integrated Can create a shared account for things like "sales" or "info" where you can give access to selected staff. Web interface looks & feels like you are using a client app.

Everything is on the net. I can access it from anywhere. I can be across the globe and just communicate with my team on the other site of the world. Calendar, tabs in the page, No refresh of the page. everything is right there in front of you. Easy way to handle your contacts, much easier to have your own contacts and contacts that i can share with my team. I just love the way they have done the inbox layout. It really feels like i am on a desktop application. And you can have everything on your smartphone as well.

You can easily add your domain and create email addresses for different departments like firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org. Use them on your website and brochures to show that you are a big company.
Create unlimited email signatures for different roles and names. Despite that you may be one person, you will answer your company's department emails (i.e. support or accounts) like a different person each time.
Send an automated reply to all incoming messages in your organization. This is a great marketing tool to promote your current specials and offers. Engage people with an instant reply when they send a message to your company, exactly at the time they view their inbox.
There's nothing that I don't like about this product.
