This easy-to-use program lets you set as many alarms as you'd like with your audio files as the soundtrack, but falls short on performance. MP3 Alarm Clock, which writes to the system tray, makes it simple to select the date and time of an alarm, choose the WAV, WPA, or MP3 file you want played, and insert a reminder message. When the alarm triggers, you'll hear your music file and see your message, but the alarm is interrupted about 30 seconds into the alarm by a registration nag. While the application has built-in chimes you can set to ring every hour, half-hour, or quarter-hour, we could not get this feature to work. We also were disappointed to find this application does not have a snooze interval as do similar applications. With its negatives having an edge over its positives, you may want to pass by MP3 Alarm Clock.
