Lord of the Rings Orcs Screensaver

Designed as a promotional tool for the second installment of the Lord of the Rings films, this free screensaver lacks both features and high-quality images. As is evident from its name, this program uses the soldier characters known as Orcs as its subject matter. Most of your screen will show a close-up of an Orc in various scenarios, while three smaller pictures sit to the left of the display switch between other images from the film. However, many of the pictures appear rather pixelated and fuzzy, and since there are only three available scenes, we found this screensaver quite repetitive. Worse still, Lord of the Rings Orcs Screensaver doesn't offer you a single customization option and even lacks a soundtrack. The biggest plus here is this application is totally free and doesn't contain adware like many screensavers do. Although not an impressive offering, folks who want to collect every Lord of the Rings-themed piece of software they can find, might as well download this one.
