From Christopher Wilms:
You know how your toddler loves to play with your iPhone or iPad? Now he or she can learn colors, letters, numbers, shapes, and animals at the same time! Developed with a pediatrician, this app uses a child-friendly simplified user interface. Touching anywhere on the screen advances to the next item, and the child sees the stimulus and hears the associated word. This app is unique in the purity of the stimulus provided. For example, colors are not taught by showing objects of a certain color (which can present ambiguity in the mind of the young learner), but rather as a solid field of color, with the color name announced. Similarly, letters and numbers are not shown in varying colors or sizes or fonts, to avoid confusion. For numbers, select a range from 0 to 20, advancing as your child progresses.
