Lean is a repetition counter design for Bodyweight strength training.
Bodyweight exercises are a simple, effective way to improvebalance, flexibility, and strengthwithout extra equipment. All you need are these exercises and YOU!
Lean utilizes the iPhone/Apple Watch motion sensor to calculate your movement repetition and time.
Lean choose the classic exercises which cover all body muscle:

- Sit-up
- Squat
- Pull-up
- Bar Dip
- Plank
- Bridge
In addition, you can add any custom exercise to the library to make your own unique gym plan.
