added a check to prevent the cursor from being moved if the display has been put to sleep. This will prevent the cursor from jumping to the default button of the login window, thus reawakening the screen in some situations
LazyMouse was forcing the new 2010 MacBook Pro to use its NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M graphics card all the time. This should be fixed.
