Lazar Freezer

Lazar Freezer is a Windows application to pause the running processes. The frozen application won't use any CPU resources until it's defrosted. Features include freeze unused applications to free CPU resources or to keep the current state, frozen applications can be hidden to free screen space, and child processes also can be frozen.
