Jousting is engaged in three battle formations, Knights Templar, Knights of Columbus and Knights of the Round Table. The kings are restricted in movement to their own vale area of the board and an opponent's piece within his vale may only be captured by a piece already located within the vale. Knights and pawns move as they traditionally do and a pawn that makes it to the other end of the board is knighted and becomes a knight.
Knights Domain Chess is a game within a game allowing you to play your strong or weak formation against an opponent. Practice with the AI and invite a friend for a 20 minute joust of fun. The computer however will not be as challenging as the human mind and if it captures all of your pieces it expects you to do the chivalrous thing and resign, and will give you some space to do so.
