Kafaa allows HR professionals to use the online system to manage employees information, attendance and payroll. It also allows employees to interact directly with the HR Department; through submitting their vacations & leaves; checking salary slips and many other services.
Kafaa consists of two main services:
Payroll and personnel: To manage salaries, transportation, bonuses and overtime, as well as total deductions per each employee.
HR: To manage all HR related functions like training and development, appraisal, hiring, career path planning, succession planning and more.
