This Outlook add-in keeps you focused by tracking documents related to your projects. You use it by clicking the Track button when composing or reading a letter in Outlook, and the add-on creates a copy of all tracked items in a special folder. InFocus comes with a Word template that can import contact information from Outlook and that stores file information in the InFocus tracking database upon saving. You can create your own templates by changing this document, and you can view all letters, documents, notes, contacts, and tasks associated with a company or project. However, severe stability problems kept us from fully evaluating this program. The add-on disappeared after we relaunched Outlook, and the Help and Track buttons stopped working. We also noticed a large discrepancy between the advice in the help files and the functionality of the program. We advise testing InFocus with caution.
