You will need a g-mail account.
place the file in an appropriate folder such as C:\Program Files\IP101
Add it to your Startup Folder (using a shortcut)
run it and set up.
From here on as long as you have an internet connection the software will get your extrenal IP address and send it to your e-mail account when it changes.
