The IBM Sterling Store Associate Mobile application enables store associates to serve the customer from anywhere in the store via a mobile device.Store associates are a key touch point to the customer while in the store. The Sterling Store Associate Mobile application equips store associates with an application on their mobile device that provides information to enable them to answer the customers questions on the spot.
