If you can name your emotions, you can tame your emotions. With this saying in mind, we designed our app to help kids who have difficulty regulating their emotions or exercising self-control. Over time, using Happy Days to identify and express emotions can help them learn to control them. This can be especially difficult for those with emotional health challenges, like anxiety or depression. During those tough moments, youll be able to remind them how they felt earlier in the day or days before by looking at the emotion calendar which shows the emotions you selected previously. They can remember the Happy Days to help them get past the sad or anxious moments.
