Habit Streak helps you achieve your goals in exercise, diet or other areas of your life. Each day you report on whether you succeeded yesterday, building up streaks of habits and ingraining the activities into your life.
Is is inspired by the suggestion from Jerry Seinfeld: "After a few days you'll have a chain. Just keep at it and the chain will grow longer every day. You'll like seeing that chain, especially when you get a few weeks under your belt. Your only job next is to not break the chain"
You can set a notification to remind yourself both to report on your habits (up to yesterday) and to do today's habits. Habit Streak is designed to be efficient and respect your time and attention: you should only need to open the App once a day.
At any time you can flick through a digital 'book' of your completed and ongoing habits, including graphs of your streaks.
There is a calendar view (although this is not the focus, which is on keeping that streak number(s) growing).
There are many advanced features, such as individual pausing of habits, inactive days and full access to your own data.
