Guide has multiple guided meditation sessions to choose from that transports your mind anywhere you want, from a misty waterfall to a beach at sunset. Each session is designed to give you a break from the chaos of everyday life and let nature settle you back into a calmer and controlled state.
Guide includes 15 free sessions featuring both guided and unguided versions of 10, 15 and 20 minute lengths.

Every day is a different challenge and sometimes you need help with a specific challenge in your life. The Categories screen will guide you to sessions that help you in specific areas such as:
- Calm: natural settings that bring you peace during stressful situations.
- Strength: visualizations the help you discover your inner strength and give you the insight to take on the day.
- Focus: sessions that help you focus your mind on specific details that help build awareness and a stronger mind.
To fit your lifestyle, you can tailor each session to your specific needs on a given day. Each session can be played for either 10, 15, or 20 minutes. For those that would like to just listen to the sounds of the session, you can turn off the guided voice.
