By being grateful every day, you will see the good things in life.
Gratitude is an interesting concept. It is one of the few qualities recognized by everyone but that few people can feel on a daily basis. It is a bit like saying: "You have to live in the present moment". It is easy advice to give, but you will rarely hear people explain how they really experience it.
By using this application, you contribute to your own happiness and you will notice that it is only a tool that will help you never forget to be grateful on a daily basis.
* Why does it work? *
1. It is a good idea to force yourself to have a positive state of mind at least once a day. Everyone can have bad days and frustrating moments from time to time, including me. But no matter what happens, every night I think about something positive that has happened around me and I write it down. This positivity opens your eyes to other possibilities.
2. The cumulative impact is enormous. The power of this habit comes from a multiplier effect that takes hold after one or two months of practice. In this way, you will begin to realize that almost every day has had its share of positive moments.
3. You will realize how insignificant money is for your daily happiness. Most of my moments of gratitude didn't cost me anything: time spent with friends and family, a compliment or a good workout. This does not mean that money is not unimportant, but there is something comforting about realizing that, every day, the moments for which we are truly grateful are totally free.
4. I like this habit because it's ridiculously small. I don't know of any others that I've been able to follow on a daily basis for more than three years. The reason is that it is very easy to apply.
So, after all, why not try it?
