I don't know who came up with this adage, but whoever first said it was right.

I don't know if it is actually true, but I know I don't want to eat that.
Genetically engineered foods are food products that have had their genetic structure modified to either taste better or yield a greater output.
Corn can be modified to yield far more corn per season than unmodified seeds.
Defects and impurities can be filtered out to make sure a pure crop is reaped.
It is also untested...
Though not conclusive, many studies have called into question if these foods are safe for human consumption.
Identifying genetically engineered foods is not as easy as you would think either.
Companies don't have to label their foods as "genetically engineered".
Fortunately, you can still identify them, you just have to know what you're doing.
