Using your smart meter, the Genesis Energy Mobile App will allow you to see how much electricity youve been using throughout the year, month or day and gain insights into when you use electricity and how much it costs. The App gives you an estimate on how much your next electricity bill is likely to be, and lets you pay your bill quickly and securely by credit or debit card.* If youre already a Genesis Energy customer, download our App to - View graphs of your current electricity usage*- See your monthly and daily electricity usage*- Make one off credit or debit card bill payments**- Save a credit or debit card for future one off payments- Set up recurring card payments so you bill is paid off in full and on time every month- Place orders for LPG bottle refills.^- See handy alerts when your bill is overdue or your prompt payment discount is about to expireIf you dont have a smart meter yet, you can still access certain payment details, order LPG bottle refills and pay your bill.
