Furious Five are very intense workouts. It's your responsibility to stay safe and exercise according to your fitness level. We recommend you always do the 5-minute warm-ups before any routine. Stop the workout if you're feeling dizzy. Pause the routine to catch some air if you need itit's ok to take a breath.
