FAMI: Shoulder educates fitness professionals & enthusiasts about the movements of the shoulder joint. It includes: anatomy of the shoulder, principles of shoulder movement, and movements specific to the joint (flexion, extension, abduction, adduction, rotation). Each movement is brought to life through related exercises (yoga, Pilates, weight-training), and a clinical correlate (e.g. rotator cuff injury, frozen shoulder).
