The new version of Fox News comes with a significantly improved interface that makes it easier for you to digest news in text as well as media format. Apart from the wealth of news content available, you can also watch Fox's News Channel and Business Network live, provided that you have a cable/satellite/telco subscription.
Wealth of content: Fox News features a wide array of topics such as Politics, Entertainment, Health, Lifestyle, and more, all of which are further divided into subtopics.
Improved interface: Having tried the earlier versions of the app, this new release is a clear improvement, featuring not only an appealing homepage covering hot news from different topics, but also having a more accessible reading page with better fonts and integrated Related Stories, videos, and slideshows.
Nagging ad: The app features a conspicuous banner at the bottom of the screen, which is especially intrusive when you read an article -- it takes up screen space and can interfere with the scrolling, so that you may easily tap on it by mistake.
Less personalized than other news apps: While we can't complain about the amount of news this app offers, there's no way to select certain topics and follow them. You just have to explore topics manually each time you open the app.
Fox News Radio removed from the app: Fox News Radio has been turned into a separate app.
Fox News packs all the news you need into a well-designed interface, but isn't as personal and customizable as other news apps. You can't choose to follow certain topics only, and you can't comment on articles, though you can save and share articles you like. Still, if you enjoy watching Fox News, you will want this app on your device.
