In the Loop aims to help City of Forney residents inform staff of needed service requests throughout the City. "In the Loop" enables service requests (potholes, signage issues, dangerous conditions, etc.) to be submitted to City staff, where it will be instantly routed to the correct administrator in the appropriate department. Your service request will be responded to as quickly and efficiently as possible, and you'll be notified the instant they are resolved.
