Formula Mass is a unique chemical calculator, using an innovative approach to enter valid formulas. The chemical elements are presented as the keys of a keyboard in the familiar periodic table layout. In addition, a few other keys help entering the numbers and groupings in molecules and compounds. It features suitable for entry level to advanced users, never make a mistake and always enter a syntactically correct compound, works equally well with simple and advanced formulas, allows for elements grouping using an unlimited number of parenthesis, and the digits are entered and shown as subscripts making them easy to read and verify in the context.
