Phase 1 App offers the drivers of Fleet Service Great Britain's customers the ability to communicate directly through their device and to receive alerts and notifications.
You must be an authorised driver to use this application. To gain authorisation you must be a driver registered with Fleet Service Great Britain (FSGB). To see the services we offer please visit www.fleetservicegb.co.uk.
This application will be launched in phases. Phase 2-3 will offer full integration of all vehicle management related services with our Achieve Driver Management platform.
This first phase offers the following functions:
Arrange a booking:
Report an accident
Report a breakdown
Check sheet completion
Update your personal profile
You can also, call, text or mail us via the application
Arrange a Booking
This function will allow you to select which type of booking you require; service, MOT or tyres. You will be presented with your current vehicle's registration, your contact number and current recorded mileage. You will then be directed to complete your booking requirements. You can then submit your booking request.
For tyres you will be directed to your nearest FSGB approved outlet based on your current GPS position.
Report an Accident
In the event of an incident this function captures your current GPS position and relays that information to FSGB. It also gives you the opportunity to call the FSGB 24/7 Service Support Centre directly via the application. Please refer to the submit images category.
Report a Breakdown
In the event of a breakdown this function captures your current GPS position and relays that information to FSGB. It also gives you the opportunity to call the FSGB 24/7 Service Support Centre directly via the application.
At times you will be sent a notification requesting your mileage. You simple enter this in the application and press Submit.
This function comes under two categories; accident and vehicle condition. In the event of an accident you will be notified to supply images and the current accident/s will show on the application screen, you can also submit images for a new accident. You are offered various sub-categories to tag your images. Then you are asked to either take the photo or upload one already stored in your device's file storage.
At times you will be sent a notification requesting images of your vehicles condition. You are then prompted to take images of either the exterior, interior or tyre condition of your vehicle. Video is not supported at the current time but will be available as part of a later phase.
