- If I had it to do over again I'd spend more money and purchase higher end software but the company will not respond to my request for a refund. <p>The lack of customer support leaves the user out in the cold. <p>Poor help files.

One hit wonder!

- Loved ease of use. I used it for a web page and it was simple and elegant. I would have bought program ( was using freeware trial version)except,

- Whenever I tried to use a second time I got an error message offering me a debug or close option. Either option closed the program. I Tried deleting the program and reloading but got the same error message upon opening the program. This program was a one hit wonder!

- Fairly easy to get started with.

- Very buggy software. I added a slide to the slideshow, but realized the jpg was the wrong size. I deleted the slide then cropped the jpg in a photo editor. Flash Slider would not load the new file - I had to save it as a new file before it could be loaded as a slide. <p> <p>Very quirky operation at times. There are only two orientations allowed for a slide - top left corner or center. Changing the orientation sometimes would also change the transition (fade) effect from one slide to the other. Once this happens, no new slides will transition properly. Very frustrating to spend 20-30 minutes adding slides and then find out that you can't get the transitions to work. <p> <p>This software has good potential - I really wanted to use it, but the quality is such that it really not suitable fore release. I'm a software developer, and if I released code in this state, I'd be fired.
