Keep track of your activities and workout routines, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) or any other interval trainings, both on your phone and wrist.- Apple Watch support: apps on both devices are in sync- Countdown or timer mode- Custom warmup, set and rest time- Custom mode: custom set and rest time (or no rest) in each exercise; custom number of rounds of workout.- Open-ended duration: warmup, set, or rest that doesn't need time limit, e.g. do 10 push-ups, 12 bench press, etc.- Next: skip to the next exercise if you finish early- Save multiple stopwatch profiles for easy switch between routines- Screen timeout disable/enable, different notification sounds for set and rest time- Normal modeDue to iOS restriction of continuous background running, the app auto-stops when it goes to background on both devices. For seamless experience, consider open the app on both devices at the same time.
