What is FitBoxer?
FitBoxer is a 12-week-workout-program that combines fitness with kickboxing. This incredible workout-routine was developed by Maurizio The Headshot Granieri, tenfold world champion in kickboxing und two times US OPEN-worldchampion. FitBoxer is a mobile training program for every type of body, every age and gender. You dont have to be a martial arts professional to use FitBoxer. The app presents you full-body-workouts based on kicks and punches no need for a sparring partner or special equipment. Every workout finishes with an intensive stretching session. Statistics help you to watch your progress and will keep you motivated.

Whats in it for me?
The workout-program offers you effective workouts with martial arts-elements. You get interactive workouts with a lot of videos and detailed descriptions. You will become part of a community: Get in contact with other FitBoxers and share your progress.
The 12-week-program is split into three parts. From week one to four (Basic) you will be introduced into the world of martial arts: Your first punch will let you feel your body in a new way. Youll already start to burn of a lot of feel improvements with every lesson.
From week five to eight (Strong) your skills will get better and better. Youll start combinig your first punches, increase your endurance and senses. You will feel and see your bodys transformation.
In the last four weeks (Ultimate), you will have to give it all you got. From week nine to twelve youll have to prove your learning from the past weeks. Start learning acrobatic combinations and pull the last reserves out of your body.
