Financeiro II for iOS

Derived from the application "Financeiro" (free), with the following functions:

Financial assistant for calculations of : Present Value (PV), Future Value (FV) , Installment (PMT) , Interest rate (i) and Number of periods (n).

Enter the values you know and press 'calc' for the value you want.

The application use 3 values to make the calculation of the value you need.

The values will be shown in color, indicating if they have been used in calculation or not.

Set any value to zero and it will not be use in calculation.

You can access one site with interest rates of all Central Banks in the World.

You have functions for :

- Discount and increase, allowing you compute values with flexibility.
- Function 'case', with 10 examples, showing how to use the assistant in each case.
- Mini built-in calculator (four operations, square root, root n, x exp n, x / n, x * n, 1 / x), which operates any field.
- Calculation of total costs, considering: depreciation, cost of capital and operating costs.
- Comparison of alternatives: rent x buy: depreciation and cost of capital x rental cost. (w/o operating costs). Consider income tax in rental, if any.
- Calculation of financial application with monthly interest rate up to 20 periods. Consider income tax if any.
- Estimated value of one cash flow with several inputs and / or several outputs.
- Conversion of any interest rates between periods.
