Fileize renames selected files so that they do not contain spaces. Fileize will also attempt to modify the case of each word in the file's name, so that the words are distinguishable when the spaces are removed. Extensions will be converted to lower case. Files whose names would not change will be skipped. For each renamed file, Fileize shows the original file name and the new file name. These file names are displayed in a table. Fileize puts the original files into the Windows Recycle Bin, in case they are needed. If an unexpected error occurs and prevents a file from being renamed, a copy of the original file can be found in the 'FileizeData' folder within the 'My Documents' folder. Renaming files will not alter timestamps.
