FFH offers 3 packages; online personal training, in-person training or a hybrid of the two!
1. Online Personal Training Package
- Personalised training program designed to help you reach your specific goals.
- Videos on each exercise to insure good form.
- Monthly assessments
- Personalised nutrition plan and/or a food diary.
- In-app messaging with your trainer which allows you to send videos, pictures and messages.
- Join groups and communicate with people who have similar goals to you.
2. Hybrid Training package
- Everything offered in the online personal training package.
- A in person training session every 2 weeks
3. In-Person Personal Training Package
- Everything offered in the online personal training package
- A in person training session on a weekly basis
