The EyeWizard App is a groundbreaking sales- and order-tool, especially designed for the needs of opticians. By using the iPad, the optician is able to measure the individual customer data like pupil distance or fitting height. Enteringthe prescription and frame data the optician can select designs and simulate effects of different progressive lens designs to discuss customized lenses with the customer. Moreover the software can show the effects of different coatingsand helps to select the individual lens color.After entering all specific data, the final lenses can be displayedin a 2D and 3D view.The optician is now able to send the individual parameters directlyto the contractual lab to process the customized lensesso the lenses can be added to the manufacturing schedule.
