ExpensePlus is a powerful Palm software package that lets you capture business expense transactions on your Palm organizer while traveling on behalf of your company or employer. To get reimbursed for your business expenses, you need to create an expense report -- often in a custom form provided to you by your employer.
ExpensePlus will link up to virtually any expense report form in any custom format created in Microsoft Excel for Macintosh or Windows computers. WalletWare can also assist you in creating a custom link for your company's own custom expense report form.
To send expense data from ExpensePlus on your Palm to your desktop or laptop computer, you don't have to do anything special. During your HotSync session (or immediately afterward), Microsoft Excel (or FileMaker Pro) will automatically open, displaying your completed expense report on your screen. All you have to do is print it or email it to your manager for approval!

A seriously written, in-depth, tailorable, and extensive business expense manager to the level you or your company requires. This is and has been one of the truly useful business software apps for the Palm ever written. You have to run through its paces to the final printed output to see what I mean as it produces professional reports that are along the major corporations formats and holds it owns in the most demanding business environment. I've used it since its inception, and the Developer is one of the nicest people you'll have the pleasure of meeting in the software world.
