This simple, straightforward app will make sure you are doing the proper amount of reps and not cheating yourself. Can be used for any kind of exercise; strengthening, stretching, yoga, Pilates, range of motion, balance, and more. Includes a 3 second delay to allow you to get into position once you hit the start button. You can easily pause or reset the timer as needed.
