The Service Desk iOS application gives you one more avenue to get the latest information on your service requests. You now have direct access to our issue tracking database so you can see the latest activity, submit a new help ticket, or request status updates using your iPhone or iPad.Maybe you dont know how to describe that thing plugged into the PC thats not working, just submit a picture using your iPhones camera. Well even send you push notifications when your request has been completed or when were waiting on additional information from you.This application is available to INHS-Engage Service Desk customers.Engage Service Desk is a product of Engage, a division of Inland Northwest Health Services.
