Introducing the future of medicine, today. Endeavor is a first-of-its-kind attention treatment for children with ADHD, delivered through a captivating video game experience. The Endeavor treatment has not been cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). During the COVID-19 public health emergency, the Endeavor treatment is available without a prescription. A world-class team of neuroscientists and award-winning game designers created Endeavor to directly target and improve attention and focus.
Endeavor is indicated to improve attention function as measured by computer-based testing in children ages 8-12 years old with primarily inattentive or combined-type ADHD who have a demonstrated attention issue. Patients who engage with Endeavor demonstrate improvements in a digitally assessed measure (T.O.V.A.) of sustained and selective attention and may not display benefits in typical behavioral symptoms, such as hyperactivity. Endeavor should be considered for use as part of a therapeutic program that may include clinician-directed therapy, medication, and/or educational programs, which further address symptoms of the disorder.
You should contact your healthcare professional and review the important indications, safety and warning information in the Instructions for Use before using the Endeavor treatment. View the IFU at: https://tinyurl.com/yafvrgwq
The Endeavor treatment is not a substitute for your child's ADHD medication.
Endeavor should be played for 25-30 minutes a day, 5 days a week over the course of a month. At the end of the 1-month treatment cycle, your child may benefit from another treatment cycle. Designed as a prescription treatment, it has been evaluated in over 600 children with ADHD across 5 clinical studies. Endeavor is part of the Endeavor Treatment System care program that gives you:
Endeavor treatment for your child
ADHD Insight behavior tracking app for you, the caregiver, to take an active role in your childs treatment program by monitoring changes and improvements
Akili Assist support for you, the caregiver, as your direct line and trusted partner to guide you through your treatment experience
If your child experiences any side effects related to playing Endeavor (such as frustration, headache, dizziness, emotional reaction, nausea or aggression), stop the treatment and contact your childs healthcare professional before resuming Endeavor.
